Account deletion

Delete your account and stored data.

You can start permanent deletion from Domani Settings on the web or in the mobile app.

Before deletion

Transfer every registered domain to another provider or account.

Complete or cancel active escrow deals and marketplace listings.

Withdraw any marketplace balance.

Export any email or account data you want to keep.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the account, mailboxes and stored messages, API tokens, device access, preferences, and other application data that is not legally required to be retained.

The action is permanent. Domain registrations cannot be silently destroyed with an app account, which is why Domani blocks deletion until they have been transferred.
